INTRODUCTION

The Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information that 3Rockets LLC (the “Company”) collects, how it uses the information, with whom it shares the information, and the choices you can make about the use of the information. It also describes the measures the Company takes to protect the security of the information and how you are able contact the Company about its privacy practices.

The services the Company provides are designed for individuals acting in their business capacity, and prospective clients and their representatives. The website and services are not intended for personal, family, or household use. Accordingly, the Company treats all personal information covered by this Privacy Policy as pertaining to individuals acting as business representatives, rather than in a personal capacity.

  1. INFORMATION COLLECTED
    The Company collects information about you from various sources. For example, it may have a direct relationship with you, and you may choose to provide personal information to it in connection with that relationship. You may choose to submit information, for example, on its website, in connection with the use of the Company services or applications, or in connection with an actual or potential business relationship. The Company will respond to such requests within a reasonable time and, in any case, within the time limits established by applicable law. In some cases, however, it may limit or deny your request if the law permits or requires it to do so or if it is unable to verify your identify.

5. DATA TRANSFERS

The Company may transfer the personal information it collects about you to countries other than the country in which the information was originally collected. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. When it transfers your information to other countries, it will protect that information as described in this Policy.

The Company’s website may provide links to other websites for your convenience and information. These websites may operate independently from the Company. Linked sites may have their own privacy notices or policies, which the Company strongly suggests you review. In addition, a link to a non-Company website does not mean that it endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such website. The Company is not liable for the privacy practices or the content of other websites and to the extent any linked websites you visit are not owned or controlled by the Company, it is not responsible for the sites’ content, any use of the sites, or the privacy practices of the sites.

8. UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
This Policy describes the Company’s current data protection policies and practices. The Company reserves the right to update the Policy periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in those policies and practices. When it does update the Policy, the Company will notify you of the changes by updating the date of the Privacy Policy and posting the revised version on the website.
